The successful candidate will provide guidance on property-related matters, assist clients in UK lifestyle planning, coordinate with investment processes and broader financial planning or relocation strategies.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide professional guidance to clients regarding UK residential and investment property opportunities when applicable.

2. Assist clients in understanding property market trends, pricing structures, and potential investment considerations when needed.

3. Conduct market research and prepare reports on property trends, investment opportunities, and regional market developments.

4. Maintain effective communication with clients and ensure a high level of service throughout the process.

5. Work closely with the company’s financial and advisory teams to align with clients’ broader wealth planning or relocation goals.

6. Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.

 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, ideally in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of the UK property market and investment environment.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

• Ability to conduct market research and present clear property insights to clients.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.

• Fluency in English is required; Mandarin language skills would be beneficial due to the international client base.
