根据目前英国内政部最新发布的消息，受俄罗斯乌克兰局势的影响，英国出于对于俄罗斯大量资金通过投资移民流入英国、进行非法金融活动的担忧，目前英国的T1投资移民签证申请通道已于2022年2月17日英国时间下午16.00正式关闭，不再接受新的申请。根据目前披露的消息，您已经持有的投资移民签证不会受到影响，但是接下来需要注意两个时间点：
According to the latest news released by the UK Home Office, considering the intense situation between Russia and Ukraine, the UK is concerned about a large amount of Russian dirty money flowing into the UK through T1 Investor route and conducting illegal financial activities. The visa route officially closed at 16.00pm UK time on 17th February and no new applications will be accepted. According to the information disclosed so far, the T1 Investor visa you already hold will not be affected, but you need to pay attention to the following two dates:
1. T1投资移民路径下的续签申请， 最晚于2026年2月17日前申请；
2. T1投资移民路径下的永居申请，最晚于2028年2月17日前申请；
1. Extension applications under the T1 Investor route should be applied before February 17, 2026 at the latest;
2. Indefinite leave to remain applications under the T1 Investor route should be applied before February 17, 2028 at the latest;
即：如果您考虑通过5年路径获得英国永居身份，您最晚需要从2023年2月17日开始必须满足在英国的居住时间要求，在连续的365天内不能离开英国超过180天，否则之后不再有继续申请续签和永居的补救机会。
That means: if you are considering obtaining UK indefinite leave to remain through the 5-year route, you must meet the residency requirement in the UK from 17 February 2023 at the latest, and cannot leave the UK for more than 180 days in any continuous 365 days, otherwise there is no longer any remedial opportunity to continue to apply for extension and indefinite leave to remain.
